Payment Plan Terms and Conditions

Courses with Payment Plan Option
MARSTE Training Services, LLC (MARSTE) allows students enrolling in SUD education courses to pay their tuition in two equal payments for certain courses. These courses are clearly identified in the catalog and the checkout page as having payment plans.

Promise to Pay

By purchasing a course that allows for a Payment Plan, you, (STUDENT) enters a legally binding promise to pay. If STUDENT does not make both payments on or before the agreed dates, the student will not receive a grade or full credit for the purchased course(s) that remain unpaid. If STUDENT is unable to make the second payment, they may be withdrawn from the course.

Payment Schedule
By this agreement, STUDENT agrees that a payment of $192.50, or half the posted tuition price, whichever is greater, will be remitted through the school webstore at the time of enrollment. A second payment of $192.50 or half the posted tuition price, whichever is greater, will be made one month after enrollment, and no later than the end of Week 4 of the course session.

Remedies
This agreement is binding, and failure to meet its terms will allow MARSTE to take certain recourse. First, late payments will incur a fee of 5% beginning 10 days past the due date, for every month of delinquency. Insufficient payment or reversed charges will incur a fee of 5%. If payment should not be delivered at all, MARSTE will be entitled to withdraw STUDENT from any active courses and disable their user account for the webstore and the online learning environment. Unpaid tuition may be turned over to a debt collection service.

Deactivation of Learning Platform Account
Once a student’s account is deactivated, they will lose access to the learning platform and any work, files, discussion posts or other data stored on that service.

Limited Data Access
MARSTE Training Services makes no guarantees of access to any data stored on its servers or business applications. Students are responsible for maintaining personal copies of their own work and any learning materials provided as part of their enrollment and coursework.

Contact Us
MARSTE understands the difficulty adult learners face, managing work, school, and home life. Should STUDENT have any difficulty, it is their responsibility to notify the Admissions Coordinator before the next payment is due, to allow for alternate arrangements.

Mutual Acceptance
By completing the transaction to enroll in a course with a Payment Plan option, all parties agree to the terms as described above. Alterations to this agreement can only be made by both parties and must be placed in writing. A PDF version of this policy is available for download here:
