Certified SUD Counselor Preparation

MARSTE Training Services has agreements with CCAPP and CADTP,  two of the approved certifying agencies, which accept the academic hours toward Substance Abuse Disorder (SUD) counselor certification.

Both organizations require at least 315 hours of academic coursework to become eligible to test for certification. Our online school offers 6 classes that meet the requirements and prepare students to take the AOD certifying exams. Each course is 8 weeks long and is fully online.

CMTS-07 Practicum/Field Work
MARSTE also provides a 7th online course, Practicum/Field Work that is 12 weeks long and covers all 6 class subjects in preparation for the exam. Students will acquire their 255/300 hours of supervised work experience hours(field Practicum) and are eligible for the Practicum/Internship after completing two-three MTS academic courses.
