Refund Policy

No Refunds
Due the nature of our online school and the licensing model for our learning platform, NO REFUNDS are given after signing the enrollment agreement and paying the Registration Fee.

Cancelling Enrollment
Students who have paid their Registration Fee and/or Course Tuition may cancel their enrollment before starting a course and up to Week 2 of that course. Students who cancel can request school credit for the amount paid, which can be redeemed for equivalent re-registration or tuition within 12 months from the effective termination date.

Cancelling Payment Plans
Students on payment plans will not be charged for their second payment if they cancel their enrollment prior to the second payment date. Students on payment plans will continue to have access to the learning platform until the second payment date.

Deactivation of Learning Platform Account
Once a student cancels their enrollment and their account is deactivated, they will lose access to the learning platform and any work, files, discussion posts or other data stored on that service.

Limited Data Access
MARSTE Training Services makes no guarantees of access to any data stored on its servers or business applications. Students are responsible for maintaining personal copies of their own work and any learning materials provided as part of their enrollment and coursework.
